Osso Bucco - Cooking, Coaching & Conversations with Dr Lucy

It really doesn't get much easier or more nutritious than this divine Osso Bucco favourite!

Ingredients:

  • 2kg osso bucco
  •  700ml Passata
  • Half a packet of chopped frozen onions
  • 500g mushrooms
  • One packet of Mingle seasoning (Chilli Con Carne)
  • One cup of frozen peas

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients, except the peas, in a slow cooker
  2. Slow cook for 8 hours
  3. Add peas
  4. If the sauce needs thickening, leave the lid off and reduce down, or alternatively add half a teaspoon of xanthan gum
  5. Enjoy!
