Osso Bucco - Cooking, Coaching & Conversations with Dr Lucy
Aug 09, 2023It really doesn't get much easier or more nutritious than this divine Osso Bucco favourite!
Ingredients:
- 2kg osso bucco
- 700ml Passata
- Half a packet of chopped frozen onions
- 500g mushrooms
- One packet of Mingle seasoning (Chilli Con Carne)
- One cup of frozen peas
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients, except the peas, in a slow cooker
- Slow cook for 8 hours
- Add peas
- If the sauce needs thickening, leave the lid off and reduce down, or alternatively add half a teaspoon of xanthan gum
- Enjoy!
