Ingredients - Roast Chicken
- whole chicken
- lemons (optional for in the cavity)
- flavourless coconut oil
- Mingle Seasoning Zesty Za'atar seasoning blend
- salt
Ingredients - Roast Veggies
- zucchinis, roughly chopped
- capsicum, roughly chopped
- eggplant, roughly chopped
- flavourless coconut oil
- Mingle Seasoning Zesty Za'atar seasoning blend
- salt
Instructions - Roast Chicken
- Coat the chicken with the coconut oil and place the breast side up in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Za'atar seasoning blend and salt all over the chicken and rub in.
- Roast in the oven until the chicken is cooked through, this will vary depending on the size of your chicken and your oven.
Instructions - Roast Veggies
- Coat the veggies with coconut oil, Za'atar seasoning blend and salt. Toss to combine.
- Spread out on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven until the veggies are cooked.
Chicken Wing Marinade
- chicken wings
- Greek yoghurt
- Mingle Seasonings Butter Chicken sachet
- smoked paprika
- lemon juice
- salt
