Slow cooker osso bucco - Cooking, Coaching & Conversations with Dr Lucy Burns

Ingredients
- 4 x osso bucco
- chopped onions, we used frozen
- 500g mushrooms, sliced
- passata
- Mingle Seasoning 'Spag Bol' sachet
- cauliflower rice to serve
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the onions, mushroom, osso bucco, passata and Mingle Seasoning and cook until the meat is falling off the bone.
- Stir the osso bucco and leave the lid off to allow the sauce to reduce and thicken.
- Serve the osso bucco with pan-fried cauliflower rice.
