Instructions:

THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE, ONE OR MORE? HOT OR COLD?

1. Serves four and uses thermo mixer

  1. If using whole almonds, mill 10 seconds / speed 8 / mc on
  2. Place all ingredients into the mixer, cook 5 minutes / 80 degrees / speed 1 / mc on

2. Serves one and uses microwave

  1. Alternatively, microwave single serves (see notes ) 2 minutes, then rest 2 minutes

3. Serves four and prepared as overnight oats

  1. Place all ingredients into a jar and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, scoop out serves as desired

4. Serves one and prepared as overnight oats

  1. Prepare a jar of the mixture then scoop out single serves (70g) into jars and add the liquid. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
  2. You can prepare 5 jars so breakfast is ready every day, just grab a jar and top with your desired toppings.
  3. You can even microwave it (remove lid, microwave 1 minute) at this point if you decide you want it warm!

Notes

To prepare single serves, you can make up a jar of the dry ingredients, then scoop 70g dry porridge mix and add 110g liquid.
