Dr. Lucy's "So Easy It Feels Like Cheating" Crispy Chicken & Veg dinner is a simple and convenient recipe you can prepare in minutes:

Protein: 55g/serve

Ingredients:

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (about 390°F).
  2. Season both sides of the boneless whole chicken with salt and Pizza Mingle Seasoning.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken into the air fryer basket, skin side up and start cooking it at 200°C for 25 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, place the chopped green beans and zucchini in a microwave-safe glass container.
  5. Microwave the vegetables for 2 minutes.
  6. After microwaving, add a little butter and salt to taste to the vegetables.
