LEMON CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients
- 500ml Greek yoghurt
- 150ml cream or water
- 2/3 cup of chia seeds
- juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine. You may need to add more water if the mixture is too thick.
- Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set. You can set it in a large bowl or decant it to individual serving jars and then place in the fridge.
CHOCOLATE PUDDING
Ingredients
- 270ml can of coconut cream
- 1 dessert spoonful of cacao powder
- 1 dessert spoonful of granulated sweetener
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- water as needed
Instructions
- Combine the coconut cream, cacao powder and sweetener in a bowl and stir to combine. Add some water if you find the mixture is too thick.
- Stir in the chia seeds.
- Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set. You can set it in a large bowl or decant it to individual serving jars and then place in the fridge.
